After over a decade as member of the former TGF/current AGF, it's a pleasure to join you all in this new and interesting forum. Like many of you, I've had a number of acoustic guitars in and out of my hands during that time, but my current line-up is:
R. Taylor Style 1 - Macassar Ebony/Sinker Redwood
R. Taylor Style 2 - Madagascar Rosewood/Italian Spruce
R. Taylor Style 3 - Indian Rosewood/Sunburst Adirondack Spruce
Taylor 810WMB - Indian Rosewood/Sitka Spruce
Taylor 714CE - Indian Rosewood/Western Red Cedar
Taylor 754 - Indian Rosewood/Sitka Spruce
Taylor GC8 - Indian Rosewood/Sitka Spruce
Taylor GS Mini - Laminated Sapele/Sitka Spruce
Taylor BT3 - Laminated Maple/Sitka Spruce
Blueridge BR-280A - Santos Rosewood/Adirondack Spruce
Blueridge BR-283A - Santos Rosewood/Adirondack Spruce
Tacoma P1 Papoose - Mahogany/Western Red Cedar
Tacoma P112 Papoose - Mahogany/Western Red Cedar
Martin 5-18 (1958) – Mahogany/Adirondack Spruce
National Reso-Phonic Style O Replicon - Nickel-Plated Brass
National Reso-Phonic Delphi Deluxe - Steel
Composite Acoustics Cargo – Carbon Fiber
and
Olson James Taylor Signature Model - Indian Rosewood/Western Red Cedar (my "Holy Grail" guitar)
I tend not to post very much, but I'm always interested in your informed opinions, both on acoustic guitars generally and Taylors in particular. While I remain a fan of the AGF, at the same time I'm very happy to see a forum dedicated to Taylors once again, and I look forward to hearing/reading more from all of you in the future.
Thanks,
Bill
