I was just noticing the same thing on mine, and like the OP, mine is a 2011.

Anyone with 2010 or earlier having this issue?

I was told by the Distributor that it's easy to fix. I've actually learned to use it on my CSB. I can get some interesting notes by pulling the string off the neck and hitting the neck pickup. I do believe this to be a design flaw. Perhaps the only one- But a design flaw none the less.

Just found this thread.  I'm experiencing the same thing with my new 2011 Fall Limited.  Just compared to my Martin, and the amount of bevel on the ends of the fret is definitely different - more on my Taylor.  I'm having a bit of trouble with pull offs on the high E.  Don't know if I want to get a new nut cut on this, but it has been a bit irritating.
