Last week I bought a fresh new Mini-e RW and it has a normal (=symmetric) bridge to my eyes. No thinner part at the bass side...

And do you have a small gap under all frets (a square hole)? Mine has...

Yes all guitars have a small box shaped gap under the fret slot, It's normal

My GS Mini Koa (estimate 2012/13 build) has none of these issues.

Sorry man. Ex Navy and lifelong practical joker. Have sent many a new guy to the Engine Room for buckets of steam, or out to the bow of the ship with binoculars, for 4 hours of Mail Bouy watch.
