G7th Ultralight Capo
« on: March 24, 2017, 03:47:22 PM »
I just wanted to write a quick review of my first impressions with the G7th Ultralight Capo I won here on the forum.
I had a chance to try it on my 812ce along with my G7th Performance 2, my shubb and a planet waves capo.
The Ultralight is really differn't from anything I have used before, but once on I found I could adjust it so that the guitar stayed in tune and this thing is really out of your way! Sounded great as did the Performance 2 and the shubb. The planet waves seems to knock each string out of tune by a differing amount??
I then brought the Ultralight on a trip with me and used it on my Emerald X20 CF guitar. Same result, having used it up to the 5th fret anyway.
Amazingly small, and perfect for my travel kit, G7th has come up with yet another great Capo. Thank you to G7th and Josh for the giveaway. Thanks to you guys I have a new piece of gear I may not have tried otherwise.

Great review, thanks FF. They look handy and the price is very reasonable. Congrats again!
