From Pure Prairie League
Album Bustin’ Out
(Caroline) Fallin’ in and out of love into Amie
Only in silence the word,
Only in dark the light,
Only in dying life:
Bright the hawk's flight
On the empty sky.

One segue that always makes my hairs stand up is Jackson Browne's "Load out" into "Stay" - I think it's on "Running on Empty" - I'm sure it fits whatever 'box' this thread has ended up in!

Hawkwind, on Warrior On the Edge of Time: Assault and Battery segues into The Golden Void in an inspired and supernaturally wonderful moment.

ZZ Top. La Grange/Jesus just left Chicago.

Loved playing that segue on a full moon Saturday Night to a crowded roadhouse!

Those were the days
