Hello from Rivera Amps builder of the Sedona Acoustic/Electric amps.

Hello everyone and thank you for having me.  I love Taylor guitars and the people who run it.  No one has a greater passion than Bob Taylor to deliver a perfect and consistent guitar.  The factory tour was inspiring. 
I'm came here to let you know about our products that specifically enhance the ES pickup systems found in most Taylor Guitars you see today.  It's a balanced output system.  You can hear so much more bottom-end and tone when you run the balanced output into a balanced input.  Our new Acoustic Shaman Chorus pedal has a balanced input.  We believe it's the only Chorus Pedal tuned for Acoustic guitars, to have a balanced (TRS) input.   Here's a link to a video showing the difference between running it balanced/unbalanced.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YKmk0DsIEgM&list=UUf73UpGYSaZQLpzTS_TrJGA&index=1&feature=plcp

 Hi Paul. Welcome to our forum. Thanks for posting the demo. There's certainly a noticeable sound improvement using the balanced input. Nice pedal too.

The input is also unbalanced when running other acoustics.  It's our same chorus effect from the 3D shaman, however the added EQ gives you more options and flexibility to compliment your onboard preamp.  We're using our stock of old panasonic BBD's which are no longer made.   The newer Chinese made BBD's don't have the same headroom.   Hard to beat analog tone.

Does BBD stand for bucket brigade device?

Although I agree with your last sentence, I'm utterly at a loss to understand the rest, Paul. Can you explain in language that this n00b can understand? ;)
