Hello all,
My name is Chris and I'm from South Carolina. I just bought my first Taylor (314ce) on ebay today. I should have it by the end of the week. I started playing guitar in my teens, but never really got that serious about until I hit my 40's (I'm 46 now).
I play at church, and play solo acoustic at weddings and receptions. I've also recently joined a rock band were I play acoustic and electric guitar (Telecaster) and sing. I'm not really a great player by any means, but I figured since I get paid to play guitar, that makes me a "professional musician" and therefore I should have a professional-quality guitar, right? Besides, I can write it off on my taxes as a business expense. Win-Win!
I'm sure you all know what a 314ce looks like, but I'll probably post some photos of it when I get it anyway.
