I recently (last 2 weeks) had this with my 414ce, I was perplexed, changed strings etc... Finally took it to my local Luthier who could see a slight bow in the neck that I wasn't nuanced enough to catch, very minor truss rod adjustment and voila!
I also had a buzz on my 812ce when it was new, that manifested when open D was played or even more in drop D tuning, and it turned out to be a faulty board in the ES2 that had to be replaced.
Good luck chasing it down,

This may not be connected, yours may be a different problem, but I had a noisy buzz on the D string of my 2006 614ce. The problem appeared to be with the AA battery fit (back to batteries again!). Its the old problem of batteries not fitting snugly in the holder (I'm talking AA here, not 9 volt where the problem is the other way round!). My buzz was cured by wrapping a post-it note around the AA batteries before inserting them. I was horrified, at the time, that such a 'high-end' guitar should require such a 'low-end' bodge-up (English expression) to make it work properly. I'm used to it now  - just so long as I don't think about it too much! Maybe you should try it, if you have the AA battery version of the Expression system.

Thanks for your input Guys first there is no batteries in it and when they are fitted i too use post it note around them, i have adjusted the truss road multiple times still same problem ,i think when the note is fretted the string pulls the bridge pin up very slightly or move its somehow looks like a trip to the local repair shop.
