Nope, it's definitely a 310.
My view from the "hole".

the 00 300 series LOTF models had koa back & sides with a 'K' deisgnation (i.e. 314-K)
https://artisanguitars.com/2000-taylor-314-k-sitka-spruce-and-koa-legends-fall-series-one-320

the 01 300 series fall LTDs had imbuia back & sides
http://www.maplestreetguitars.com/show_item.php?dep=28&cat=CNU&item=314CE-LTD

your guitar was one of the last 01 models made (started on thursday the 13th) &
the last of the 01 models would have been started on the following friday, the 21st -
Taylor has a live chat available on their 'site now & if you can e-mail them a pic or 2,
they should be able to determine what type of wood it is, but from the pic, my guess
is that it has maple back & sides, fishman prefix plus pre-amp, chrome Grover tuners
NT mahogany neck with fingerjoint headstock, ebony fretboard, bridge & bridge pins
3 ring rosette, black binding, large MOP dot fretmarkers & rosewood headstock overlay

00 was the last year that the default nut width on the X10 & X15 models was 1 11/16" -
in 01, the 1 3/4" nut was standard on all steel 6 string 300 series up guitars

I do. Hope people are still active on this post. Mine is a 2001 410. koa i believe. When i called Taylor and asked about mine some years ago i was told they made a limited edition Legend of the Falls guitar. Apparently they had extra wood left over from making the guitars and decided to use up the wood to make a few more guitars. She said there would be differences between mine and a LOTF guitar. One being the squiggly T. I asked how many they made and she couldn't give me an exact answer but said maybe a dozen. OR is this a LOTF?

thanks for sharing the pics - very 8)

to me, it looks like a 300 series LOTF koa back, but the rest of
the appointments appear to be standard 400 series for 2001-
standard nut width on a 01 X10 was 1 3/4" & on 00-earlier models 1 11/16"

there may have been a dozen of the koa LOTF back guitars made
in 01, which would make them more rare than the actual LOTF
models made in 00, with the appointments & woods were different -
300K LOTF & 400MA LOTF models both had black binding & the
400MA maple LOTF inlay was faux tortoise, rather than white

i've yet to see a pic of a 01 300 maple guitar with a 400 LOTF back, but
other than the standard nut width, the appointments would be the same

this is from an issue of W&S

'In the Fall of 2000, we issued a run of Limited Edition models, many of them
based on prior designs. Each model had a Fall 2000 Limited Edition
"squiggle" inlay on its back, two different variations of this inlay were
used. The koa was a special "300 grade", as was the maple, and the
Brazilian rosewood was a B-grade (with L-grade Engelmann tops). Otherwise,
the guitars were basically the same as their standard-model counterparts.

310k (310 with koa back/sides) - (340) pcs.
310kce (310ce with koa back/sides) - (600) pcs.
314k (314 with koa back/sides) - (320) pcs.
314kce (314ce with koa back/sides) - (700) pcs.

410MA (410 with Big Leaf maple back/sides) - (170) pcs.
410MAce (410ce with Big Leaf maple back/sides, amber stain) - (300) pcs.
414MA (414 with Big Leaf maple back/sides, amber stain) - (160) pcs.
414MAce (414ce with Big Leaf maple back/sides, amber stain) - (370) pcs.

810b (810 with B-grade Brazilian rosewood back/sides,
L-grade Engelmann spruce top) - less than (100) pcs.
810bce (810ce with B-grade Brazilian rosewood back/sides,
L-grade Engelmann spruce top) - less than (100) pcs.
814b (814 with B-grade Brazilian rosewood back/sides,
L-grade Engelmann spruce top) - less than (100) pcs.
814bce (814ce with B-grade Brazilian rosewood back/sides,
L-grade Engelmann spruce top) - less than (100) pcs.'
