Hello everyone! My name is Marino. Does anybody knows if there is a shim under bridge saddle. I have new guitar and was wondering if I can remove it just to lower the strings little bit. Thanks

Welcome to  the forum Marino! What model do you have? There are many ways to adjust the guitar for ease of play. I'm sure that others will chime in to assist.

I would recommend bringing it to an authorized Taylor dealer for an assessment. You may just need a simple truss adjustment. I don't believe that there is a shim under the saddle.

Welcome to the forum! My K24ce was in need of an action tweak, and my luthier just adjusted the truss rod slightly. Good to go!

There is not a shin under the saddle. They just have shims for the neck. You would sand the saddle. But I want to co-sign to everyone else and say, just go to an authorized Taylor tech. They will fix you right up.
