Getting Taylor's Insider Newsletter ???

Just curious. Signed up on their website last November and still haven't seen an email newsletter. Anyone else getting these?

I am getting the snailmail Wood & Steel.

I just checked my email and see the last Taylor Insider came on January 19th. Have you gone to your online server's site (not Outlook) to see what spam mail might have been flagged? Usually it's only held for 30 days so it might not show up now.

You can add the Insider's email address to your contacts at the online server and it shouldn't get marked as spam. insider@taylorguitars.com

Thanks Cindy. Actually, I check and empty my spam folder (ISP server) everyday. It has not made it's way there. I have entered my email address on the Taylor site 3 times (Dec, Jan and Feb) but no luck. I think I may give their support line a call and see what's up. I was just curious if anyone else was having the same experience.

cigarfan and Bill, sorry to hear this. I will make a mental note to post the link to view the Taylor Insider online (they have a link for this) for future newsletters. Unfortunately since it is over 30 days, the web page expired and nothing shows up.

The January issue tells about the new changes to their lineup, the new web site, a preview of NAMM, and links to download the 700 series' wallpaper.

Consider yourself lucky. I own two Taylors, registered at least 3 or 4 times, and have NEVER received anything at all from them. No confirmation, no Wood & Steel, no email newsletter, nothing.

Spoke with customer service earlier this week. Seems even some of the employees there are not receiving the email. Gentleman I spoke with had not received anything since Fall 2011. I told him a member here (Cindy) had received something in Jan 2012 and he was surprised.

Obviously there is a disconnect. Some of us are receiving the emails and some not. I asked the guy to put in a trouble ticket or whatever they call it. We'll see if they get it squared away.

Me too. I was getting these regularly through the preceding months, but nothing since the January issue. Now I'm hoping for some wallpaper with the GS mini ltd's!

I just posted on Taylor's FB page asking when the next Taylor Insider will be released. With all the new changes to their guitars and web site, I can understand why they haven't done anything with the newsletter lately.

On the other hand, with all the changes that have occurred, they've got plenty of content to fill a newsletter.
