Well, that is nice to know. Taylor Customer Service is top notch.
I can not say enough good things about their repair shop in El Cajon!  They work on any brand of guitar, too!

I did it! I purchased the 224ce-dlx koa that I've had on my radar. I think Taylor was just waiting for the NAMM show to make these babies more readily available. Stay tuned for pics in the guitar pics thread!

Jacob, CONGRATS!!!
Now the waiting will almost kill you -- but it is worth it in the end!  When it arrives be sure to let the package acclimate to your location before opening!  Let's the guitar wood and finish adjust to any changes in temperature and humidity during it's travels. .
