Ok, thought I would post my Taylors as well.  They are all fantastic guitars.
Nice looking family, Jaseflake, thanks for sharing.

Yes, it's not a big family, but it looks complete: small medium and large - very nice!

Love the GC 12-Fret, Guitarsan! Not usually a fan of the cutaway but this one looks awesome!

Thanks! Brazilian is the icing on the cake!

Ahhh, not "just" a PRS and Strat, but an Artist and an EJ.  Well played, sir!!

Edward

Thanks! Might as well kick it up a notch, eh?

Nice Pictures everyone....no envy here   ;)

Here's my small family, (not pictured is my c1988 fender squire bullet that is still damaged from the 94 Northridge earthquake).

My Yamaha SG1500 was bought while I lived in Okinawa. Relatively hard to find but the playability and tone is on par with a les paul...plus I love the push push pot's that give me the wide range of tones.

My Washburn HB-35 was given to me as my 21st birthday gift, well made ES-335 copy and last year of Japanese production.

My Taylor is the new addition and my first acoustic guitar... love the tone and feel, cant wait to get another of a different series at some point!
Acoustic:
2015 Taylor 324 hog top
2011 Custom Martin Jumbo (J-35E) made for Norman's Rare Guitars
Electric:
1982 Yamaha SG-1500
1988 Washburn HB-35

Wow...what beautiful guitars in this thread!  Functional works of art!

Here's my humble guitar family - it was fun to get the kids together for a photo  :P

Left to right:
1996 Fender DG-30-12  Sitka/Mahogany laminate
2009 Taylor 110e - Sitka/Sapele laminate
2013 Taylor PS56ce - Sitka/Cocobolo
2013 Taylor 816ce - Sitka/EIR
1975 Gibson L6 Midnight Special - maple

Although the Gibson is a wonderful electric, I get the most enjoyment from acoustic playing so that guitar sits in the closet.  The Fender 12-string sits right next to the Gibson and has been dormant since the cocobolo 12-string arrived.  It will either be given to my son or eventually sold.  Both my son and I take the 110e to weekly guitar lessons.  The 816ce is what I play at home occasionally and whenever I jam out with my friends.  The PS56ce is played regularly (and often) in my house.  I play it as much as I can (maybe 95% of the time) - it is my favorite and I can't get enough of it!   ;D

Marco
1975 Gibson L6 midnight special
DI - PS56ce
Rosie   - GAce Fall-LTD
Bonnie   - 254ce DLX

was asked by instigator michaelw (my buddy) to take a quad photo..so here it is in its iphone 7 plus photo glory

there are in no particular order, but wanted the sitka ones next to each other to show how golden it gets over time

I notice your bto gc is a 12-fret with a standard headstock -- can you comment on any feel/tension differences compared to a slotted headstock 12-fret?

Zeebow, that collection is awesome! We have very similar tastes in guitars. Love the redwood top-- I don't think I've ever seen a sinker redwood with a cutaway.

i don't have a good a/b bc i haven't touched a slot head 12 fret in a long time.

the string tension between my GC and GA feel similar but i notice the short scale and small body. i notice that more than the tension difference more than i did the string tension the slot head..but i wasn't really paying attention

i just remember picking up the slot head 12 fret and thinking, this is comfortable but i hate slot heads, so that's what led me to the custom route (twice haha)

Zeebow, why are you selling the sinker?

i sold it to fund my first custom gc 12 fret. it's not that much different tonally than my 414ce.

had the nut and saddle replaced with bone nut and micarta saddle last week to fix a setup issue, but it's no where near as dark and sweet as my cedar 914..it sounds like my 414ce with extra range, more sensitivity - which is a good thing, but not different enough to keep. my 414 has a ton of sentimental value, but if it didn't i would have sold the 414

i was trying to keep the stable to 3 guitars, even bought a rack that holds 3...then michaelw helped persuade me with my latest custom. i plan to cap out at 4!
