Strap for GS Mini?

Do any of you mini owners use the taylor mini strap? Does it hold the guitar in place? Would you recommend something else? Thank you for any and all opinions?

I use this narrow Levy leather strap for my GS mini's, since they are smaller guitars. Comes in black or brown.

The Levy straps are excellent, but studies show that a GS Mini with a GS Mini strap sound 12% better than with any other strap out there. I wouldn't use anything else.

Huh? I must not have gotten that memo.

It's true. A extensive study by the IGSA (International Guitar Strap Association) shows that guitar straps effect the tone of a guitar more than tone wood, tops or string type on all guitars regardless of brand or type. Especially those made of tree wood.

Thats why my 214ce DLX Koa sounds better with a Taylor strap,

I never tried the mini strap. I got a Taylor Suede Guitar Strap for my 814 and loved it. When I got my mini, I ordered one of those for it as well and it works great.

I'm sure the mini strap works great with the mini based on my earned trust of the company ... but I can say from experience that the suede straps definitely do.

I've actually used string for a strap in my younger poorer years .
