I was thinking all standard Taylor necks were same profile, including 2010 516 (jumbo) and the gs mini.......right or wrong?

I believe that every Taylor steel string standard carve neck is the same although it might have changed over the years. For example, my 1997 Taylor's neck might be considered slim carve today.
My Taylor Grand Auditoriums:

1997 Cujo14 - old growth cedar/black walnut
2014 K24e - master grade koa
2018 Custom GA - bear claw sitka spruce/mahogany
2019 614 - torrified sitka spruce/flamed maple
2020 714 - lutz spruce/rosewood

Maybe but I'm not 100% sure.  They all feel pretty similar to me, except for nut width on the 100, 200 and GS Mini.  Mine are all stock models or LTD's which usually don't have a different neck profile.  The attached picture is what I have stored on my computer from the last time this came up, and it looks like there are different profiles.

BTW a 516 would be a GS body, not a jumbo.  An old style Taylor jumbo body would be a 515.
Taylors:  424-LTD (all koa) and a 114ce that lives with friends in Alaska.  Low maintenance carbon fiber guitars are my "thing" these days, but I will always keep the koa 424.  Several ukulele and bass guitars too.
*Gone but not forgotten:  a 2001 414ce, 410, 354-LTD twelve string, 314-N, 416-LTD baritone, T5 Classic, 615ce, 2006 GS-K, 1996 (first year) Baby

I dunno, computerized shaping argues they're all standardized, but the paddle-head neck on my 322 has a distinct soft "V" carve

With the NT necks --2000 to current-- their profiles are all the same, unless noted as "slim carve" which they have offered over the years.  I own a DN with a slim carve ...not common, but they are out there.

With the GSmini, however, I doubt it's the same profile given its different dimensions altogether.  Call the factory for the real answer :)

I’ve got one of the short scale version of the updated 710e and it definitely has a significant V. So much so that I’m going to have to sell it as my forearm goes into spasm when I try to play it. It’s me, not the guitar as I’m recovering from stenosis that impacts my arms. My 818e also causes issues but only due to the size. It’s got the same carve as my others (810ce, 614ce and 516e). The 710e comes in 2 versions: standard scale and short scale with slotted headstock. Love everything else about the guitar but the V is killing me. :'(

So sorry to hear about the pain from the guitar. I have moved on from a Yamaha and an Emerald that both gave me issues. We are all built differently and sometimes need different things as a result. Lucky for me the Taylor necks have all worked for me. That said, the Grand Pacific has a different neck carve and might be an option for you to try? I notice all yours are pretty big bodied, maybe a GC would be more comfortable? I certainly find them so, fwiw.
Good luck in your search for the guitar that will work for you and sound good too.
